Our Family

Royal Rock has one of the most unique mixes of horses around! We are pleased to introduce our herd of both farm owned and privately owned horses!

Shame Not a.k.a. Phoenix

1993 Off -Track Thoroughbred gelding. Competed in hunters, jumpers and dressage in his heyday. Taught patience and confidence to so many riders. Royal Rock would not be what it is today without him. Unfortunately Phoenix is no longer with us, but he is greatly missed.

National Anthem (a.k.a. Andy)

2002 American Warmblood Gelding, "the trustworthy one", the puppydog, schooling Second Level and showing low hunters with Novice riders.

Dawn of American Glory (a.k.a. Glory)

American Warmblood mare. Glory can literally do it all! She can trail ride with even the most timid beginner or jump around a cross-country course with the best of them. She is quiet, willing and super safe!

Raise the Roof (a.k.a. Raisin)

Teenage Nakota Pony. Raisin has gone through the ranks here at Royal Rock, from green prospect to talented sale horse. She was purchased by one of Carrie's students who took her through the show levels and now she is teaching beginner riders the ropes!

Luego (a.k.a. Lu)

1999 Off-Track Thoroughbred Gelding. Lu worked his way through the "big eq" circuit and came to us for a semi-retirement as a lower level hunter. Eventually Carrie took him and showed him Dressage at recognized events. He now teaches Dressage and beginner lessons.
